Applicator laying a seamless resin floor, wet finish reflecting the light.

Resin flooring systems

Seamless, specified for site & purpose

Resin flooring is where Alps started. We install seamless epoxy and polyurethane systems for warehouses, workshops, kitchens, labs, and retail - including ESD floors for electronics and static-sensitive spaces. Each system is specified to the site: the substrate, the traffic, the chemicals it'll face, and the finish it needs. Surface prep is done properly before anything goes down, because that's what the floor's life depends on.

Industries & environments

Warehousing & industrial

Hard-wearing floors for high-traffic storage, distribution, and plant.

Food & beverage

Seamless, hygienic floors for production, kitchens, and cold stores.

Healthcare & labs

Cleanable, low-maintenance floors for clinical and controlled spaces.

Car parks

Deck coatings and ramp systems built for vehicle traffic and turning.

Retail & hospitality

Decorative floors that take constant foot traffic and still look the part.

Residential

Seamless, easy-clean floors for garages, basements, and living areas.

A layered system

Stacked blocks representing the layers of a resin floor system, from concrete base to finished topcoat.

A resin floor is a system built up in layers, each doing a specific job and each specified to the site it's going into.

It starts with the substrate: the existing slab, assessed for condition, moisture, and strength. From there, the surface is prepared and, where needed, levelled to give a sound base. A primer bonds the system to it. Build coats add the thickness and durability the floor needs for its traffic. A sealer or topcoat finishes the surface and takes the wear.

Systems & finishes

Epoxy, PU & PU cement

The core chemistries. Epoxy for hard-wearing general use, polyurethane for flex and chemical resistance, PU cement for wet, hot, and heavy process areas.

MMA & fast-cure

Systems that return a floor to service within hours, including self-levelling finishes. Suited to cold stores, overnight fit-outs, and spaces that can't sit idle.

Decorative finishes

Quartz broadcast for texture and grip, flake and metallic for appearance, resin terrazzo for a polished, seamless look.

Line marking

Walkways, hazard zones, and bays in hard-wearing resin, so they stay put under traffic instead of wearing off like paint.

Chemical-resistant & containment

Bund linings, chemical stores, and process areas where the floor stands up to acids, solvents, and spills.

ESD & anti-static

Conductive and dissipative floors that control static in electronics, server rooms, and labs. Tested to confirm the resistance meets spec.
