A layered system
Sealer/topcoat
The wearing surface. It carries traffic, resists chemicals and cleaning, and sets the finish - matte, gloss, or anti-slip. It's the only layer you see, and the first to show wear.
Build coat
The body of the system. This is where thickness and durability come from, built up to suit the load - foot traffic, forklifts, or heavy plant. Thicker build, longer service life.
Primer
The bond. It soaks into the prepared substrate and locks the system to it. Without the right primer for the surface, the whole floor can lift - most failures start here, not at the top.
Levelling
Where needed, a screed or repair mortar corrects falls, fills low spots, and gives the resin a sound, even base. Fixing the substrate before coating, not after.
Substrate
The slab underneath. Every system is specified to what's already there — its condition, moisture, and strength decide which floor goes on top.
Surface preparation
Diamond grinding or shot blasting opens the surface so the primer can grip. No prep, no bond - this is the step that separates a floor that lasts from one that peels.
A resin floor is a system built up in layers, each doing a specific job and each specified to the site it's going into.
It starts with the substrate: the existing slab, assessed for condition, moisture, and strength. From there, the surface is prepared and, where needed, levelled to give a sound base. A primer bonds the system to it. Build coats add the thickness and durability the floor needs for its traffic. A sealer or topcoat finishes the surface and takes the wear.

Epoxy, PU & PU cement
The core chemistries. Epoxy for hard-wearing general use, polyurethane for flex and chemical resistance, PU cement for wet, hot, and heavy process areas.
MMA & fast-cure
Systems that return a floor to service within hours, including self-levelling finishes. Suited to cold stores, overnight fit-outs, and spaces that can't sit idle.
Decorative finishes
Quartz broadcast for texture and grip, flake and metallic for appearance, resin terrazzo for a polished, seamless look.
Line marking
Walkways, hazard zones, and bays in hard-wearing resin, so they stay put under traffic instead of wearing off like paint.
Chemical-resistant & containment
Bund linings, chemical stores, and process areas where the floor stands up to acids, solvents, and spills.
ESD & anti-static
Conductive and dissipative floors that control static in electronics, server rooms, and labs. Tested to confirm the resistance meets spec.
