Keeping moisture out.
Water is the thing that quietly wrecks a building. We install waterproofing systems for terraces, balconies, wet areas, planters, flat roofs, and below-ground structures - liquid-applied membranes, sheet systems, and coatings chosen for where they're going and what they're up against. Detailing at the edges and penetrations is where waterproofing succeeds or fails, so that's where the care goes.

Industries & environments
Residential & apartments
Terraces, balconies, and wet areas on homes and multi-unit buildings.
Commercial buildings
Roofs, podiums, and plant areas on offices, retail, and mixed-use.
Below-ground & retaining
Basements, lift pits, tanks, and retaining walls under constant water load.
Wet areas & interiors
Bathrooms, showers, laundries, and plant rooms behind tile and finishes.
Planters & landscaping
Planter boxes, green roofs, and podium gardens where soil sits on structure.
Remedial & existing buildings
Failed or ageing waterproofing traced, repaired, and re-detailed.
A single coat won't cut it
Waterproofing is a system (a membrane, plus everything that bonds it, reinforces it, protects it, and moves water away) detailed for exactly where it's going.
It starts with the substrate, prepared and primed so the membrane bonds properly. The membrane itself is chosen for the exposure: liquid-applied for complex shapes, sheet or reinforced systems where movement and load are higher. Reinforcement goes into the corners, joints, and penetrations - the points that fail first. A protection layer shields the membrane once it's down, and falls and drainage carry water off before it can pool.
Water finds the weakest detail, not the widest surface. That's why the edges, upstands, and penetrations matter more than the open field.
Systems & finishes

Liquid-applied & reinforced membranes
Seamless membranes for terraces, balconies, roofs, and canopies, flowing into complex shapes with no joints to fail - plus fibreglass-reinforced and wet-area systems where higher movement or load calls for added strength.

Protective & exposed coatings
Trafficable and UV-stable coatings for surfaces left exposed — roofs, plant areas, and terraces without a separate finish over the top.

Repairs & maintenance
Failed waterproofing traced to its source, repaired, and re-detailed - rather than recoated over the top and left to fail again.
